Shipping

  • All orders are shipped from our office in Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

  • We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days from the time the order is placed.

  • Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

  • Orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail at a cost of £3.95 per order. Larger orders may be sent via tracked courier.

  • Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery.

  • You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped. This will include tracking information if applicable.

Gift delivery

We offer a gift delivery service for £4.50 which includes gift wrap, a handwritten tag, and postage to a friend or family member in the UK. 

 

If you would like to use this service then simply:

  • order the item/s you would like to purchase (one order for each delivery address)

  • select the gift delivery option

  • enter your friend or family member’s address at checkout

  • complete the order

  • drop us an email with your order number and let us know whether you require Christmas or general gift wrap. Include the short message you would like to be written on your gift tag.

 

Christmas gifts will be sent out by Monday 14th December to ensure that they arrive in time for Christmas and avoid any postal delays. If it is general gift wrap that you require (maybe for a birthday) then the package will be sent out within two working days of receiving your order. Please order your gift in plenty of time so that we can get it wrapped and ready to send.

Please be aware that these shipping times may be impacted by Coronavirus, particularly in the run-up to Christmas. 

Returns & Refunds

We really hope you will be happy with your purchase. If any items do not suit your needs, or if an item appears to be damaged or otherwise not in a salable condition when you receive it, please contact us and we'll be happy to help - it may be that physically returning the item is unnecessary under some circumstances.

Any return should be in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt and, provided they are in perfect condition, we will be happy to offer a refund to the original method of payment, or an exchange. You have the right to cancel your order within this period and can do so by emailing at connect@soulwithaview.co.uk. We regret that postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please return the item to:
