Our primary goal is to foster a more profound connection with God through imaginative, Spirit-led resources which are easy and enjoyable to use whilst preserving spiritual depth and encouraging spiritual development, including:

Devotional studies that feed the soul and kick start the brain
Music and lyrics that challenge, inspire and embolden
Powerful worship tools that provide fresh perspective and ignite the imagination

I founded soulwithaview out of a desire to continue to serve God despite suffering with M.E. for more than 5 years. My wife, Lynne and I, were ordained as Officers (ministers) in The Salvation Army in 1999 but, due to the debilitating nature of M.E., I had to leave that vocation behind to find manageable and sustainable ways to use the gifts that God has graciously placed in me.

Both before and during my years of Officership, I continually worked to develop my effectiveness as a preacher, teacher, writer, worship leader and songwriter. Illness has only served to make me more determined to make the best of what God has given me and soulwithaview is the result.
